Can I really start for free?
Yes. Free accounts get 5 full detail lookups per month — no credit card required. When you hit the limit, upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
What states are covered?
Bristol County, MA; 10+ South Carolina counties (Charleston, Greenville, Richland, Florence, Dillon, Marion, Colleton, Clarendon, Sumter, Orangeburg, Calhoun); and 6 North Carolina counties (Johnston, Cumberland/Fayetteville, Robeson, Northampton, Halifax, and Nash). Coverage is expanding regularly.
What counts as a "detail report"?
Running a full analysis on any address — including zoning, ownership, sales history, encumbrances (foreclosures, liens, judgments), and infrastructure overlays. Browsing the map doesn't consume a lookup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. You'll drop back to the Free tier after that.
How do team seats work?
Team plan: up to 5 members share one subscription. Enterprise: no seat limit. Each member gets their own login and contributes to a shared report pool. Invite members from your Team page.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — plans are month-to-month. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap.
